My experience with Thermage at Project Skin MD

6 months ago, I shared on my Instagram that I was heading to Project Skin to receive the coveted Thermage treatment on my face. Firstly, how did 6 months pass already and secondly, I am SO happy that I was able to have this treatment done. I wanted to wait the full 6 months to share my results to ensure that I saw a difference in my skin before sharing my results with you!
What is Thermage?

The process from start to finish was about two hours. It was so quick! I was greeted by the friendliest staff at Project Skin who took me in to get some before photos done! This was super quick and easy.
Then we headed to one of the rooms were my face was cleansed and a grid was applied on to ensure the correct areas were treated. We chatted almost the whole time which made the process so much smoother.
On a scale from 1-10 for pain, I would say it was a 3. It was more uncomfortable in some places rather than painful. The bursts of cool air helped!
Immediately after the treatment was done, I saw a glow which I was excited about but was told that full results can take 3-6 months. I wanted to wait the full 6 months as those of you who follow me, know that I only share things that I truly love!
Thermage has made my skin tighter, improved my skin texture and also gave me this youthful look that I felt I was missing the last two years. I started noticing a difference in my skin during the Summer. It had this glow without makeup which was soo nice!
I am a firm believer in “you look good, you feel good” so it's important for all of us to really do what makes us happy!

Now that it’s been 6 months, I would highly recommend Thermage at Project Skin! I LOVE my results and the best part is that I don’t have to go in again for a couple of years for another treatment. My skin feels tighter, looks more youthful and has this glow that I felt like I was missing!
Project Skin has two locations. One in Richmond and one in Vancouver. I’ve visited both locations and the treatments and staff are amazing! I’ve had a few facials with them as well an they have all been so wonderful!
